1. In-Store Sales Only

We sell products only at our physical store location. All purchases are subject to availability and final sale conditions as posted in-store.

2. Product Condition

As a liquidation store, items may be overstock, discontinued, or customer returns. We encourage customers to inspect items before purchase as all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing or descriptions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of liquidation sales, most items are sold as-is and are non-returnable. Any exceptions will be clearly posted in-store.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and content on our website are owned by or licensed to Rumi Rose Liquidations. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased in-store. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in-store and on our website with a revised effective date.
